Bsp21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the bsp21 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bsp21 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bsp21 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The bsp21 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from using this platform.
2. Account Creation & Security
When creating a bsp21 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid verification method. bsp21 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. bsp21 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your password. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances. If you suspect a duplicate account exists, please contact customer support immediately.
Bsp21 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or in certain other circumstances. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other specified documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a bsp21 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or our operations as a whole. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or in any communication with bsp21.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, unauthorised player collusion, or bonus system manipulation.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the bsp21 system.
Any breach of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. bsp21 reserves the right to freeze account funds during an investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of activity that violates these terms.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the bsp21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that the payment method used is registered in your own name.
Deposits are processed via supported methods including FPX, local bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Minimum deposit amounts may apply. bsp21 is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a verified account held in the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days. Withdrawals may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and other conditions must be met before any bonus-related winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
5. Liability Limits & Account Closure
Bsp21 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, bsp21 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of this platform.
Bsp21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, or technical failures.
Account Suspension & Closure
Bsp21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests.
- User's own request to close the account.
- At bsp21's discretion, for other reasonable grounds.
If an account is closed due to a violation, bsp21 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus balance. Real money balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is concluded, subject to no related fraud violations being found.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, bsp21 brand names, software, and other materials on this platform are the exclusive property of bsp21 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent.
The bsp21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. bsp21 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only.
Bsp21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed means or, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
